Had a great time with friends exploring the nightlife on foot! We visited the Natural History Museum, which was awesome, and enjoyed a movie at the IMAX cinema. The beds were comfy, and the location was perfect. Just a quick walk to transport and local bars.
Our room was on the 4th floor without a lift, which made it tough after a long day of sightseeing.

Quiet street despite central location.
The room was on the top floor with no lift, which made it a challenge after a long day exploring the city. I was completely out of breath carrying my luggage, which was quite disappointing. The bathroom was uncomfortably small, making it hard to move around, and I kept splashing water everywhere.

the room was pretty spacious by london standards, loved the comfy bed n quietness of the third floor. the staff was friendly, and the location is nice close to paddington. also, i appreciated free espresso in the room, and the clean bathroom was a plus!
no lift is a bummer, i had to carry my luggage up 4 flights of stairs. also, a breakfast area would be great to have.

The location is superb, just a short walk from both Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations, making travel in the city easy. The room was spacious and had a lovely full-length window that provided great natural light. While there was some road noise, it was manageable and didn’t disrupt sleep. A nice touch was the Nespresso machine, which added a bit of luxury to the stay.

we visited for a football match and found this hotel super convenient. being just a short walk from paddington made our arrival seamless, and the room exceeded london standards. the staff was accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which was a big plus after a long flight.

Proximity to Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate make exploring easy. The compact yet modern rooms feature efficient bathroom facilities, providing a comfortable base for a city adventure.
Room noise can be an issue, especially if you're near ventilation machines—might keep light sleepers on edge. The lack of an elevator can create a bit of a workout if you're on the top floor, particularly with heavy luggage, which isn’t ideal after a long day. Some bathrooms feel quite cramped, making tasks like shaving a challenge, and the absence of breakfast facilities limits options if you want to dine in. The air conditioning also leaves something to be desired, with temperatures fluctuating during the night. while there are benefits, certain aspects might need reconsideration for comfort.

would definitely come back
Had a great experience. The room was cozy and stylish, equipped with a coffee machine, flat-screen TV, and a walk-in shower with great water pressure. There were quality Molton Brown toiletries and complimentary bottled water. It's just a short walk to Paddington Station and Hyde Park, making it easy to explore the area. Staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

Fantastic location near Paddington Station, providing easy access to the tube and local shops. The room delivered comfort, with fans to help cope with warmer days, a nice touch in a building without AC.
Room sizes can be a bit cramped. the deluxe double felt especially small, particularly on the fourth floor where the low ceiling adds to the snugness. Some rooms, like the standard double, had tight bathrooms where maneuvering in the shower could be challenging. Having no lift means dragging heavy suitcases up the stairs, which isn't ideal for everyone, especially after a long journey. it might not match everyone's expectations for spaciousness or convenience.
